New Exec Set to Grow Skin and Wound Care Brand

Viniferamine, which markets products developed at McCord Research, has a new recruit.

Viniferamine, Inc., which markets products developed atMcCord Research, has recruited Cynthia Fleck, RN, BSN, MBA to expand its marketing and clinical efforts into the skin and wound care markets.

Fleck is the former vice president of clinical marketing for Medline Industries. Her responsibilities in that position included the launch of Dr. McCord’s Olivamine skin care products – bringing the brand from zero to 40% market share in less than six years, growing at a rate greater than 25% per year.

Fleck is also a member of WoundEducators.com’s Contributors and Advisory Panel. She has presented over 350 seminars and programs throughout the world.
